For next season
If you are planning on joining wrestling, you should consider doing the pre-season workouts that usually start around september. If you are planning on doing fall sports, you wouldn't likely able to part take in conditioning.
The Pre-season workouts will mostly consist of cardio. We will also be going into the weightroom after a run to improve on functional strength. The purpose of Pre-Season workouts is to get you in shape and lightly brush up on the basics of wrestling for the upcoming season.
